Sandy was wonderful to work with. She was the Listing Agent for our dream home that we found on the internet. We called her and asked her to show us the house. The description and pictures of the home on the internet were a true representation of the home in person. We put a contract on the home the same day we looked at it. As the Listing Agent for the Seller and also the Buying Agent for us as the buyers, we always felt that we got 100% from her. Twice I’ve had the privilege to work with Sandy, she is by far one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. What impresses me the most about her is that she is not only a powerhouse and knows her business better than most people I know, but she is also very personable, somebody who is a pleasure to work with, someone who works with you and not for you, who coaches and guides you all the way through.

This time I was getting ready to take an early retirement, sell my property in Texas, and move out of the state. Timing was a very delicate issue for we had to coordinate the property sale with the proper time to pull the plug on the job. I was anxious at first but she nailed it, and did it masterfully! In the 9 corporate moves we have participated in, this is the most satisfying and positive home relocation experience we have ever had. From beginning to end, Sandra Petermann was professional, exceptional in her service and her engaging personality makes working with her a pleasure. She took our basic ideas and filled in the details to make it all work. Sandra was able to take what we were looking for and included things we did not think of, important when you have a short window to find a home.

The coordination of the inspectors and closing was extremely efficient. Everyday Sandra informed us about the status of the relocation search. When you’re new to an area there are a lot of details a person does not know. She went the extra mile by helping us contact suppliers for the pool maintenance, sprinkler care, lawn and tree care and tips and tricks for car registration and license. Sandra found a company that was able to find flooring to match our original flooring and integrated a new tiled foyer. These are examples of the extra effort Sandra puts in that provided us with a piece of mind and a much less stressful relocation.

We are happy we chose her and enjoy the results of her efforts every day. We have recommended Sandra to other corporate staff relocating to the area and they in turn are equally happy with her.

When we relocated to the Houston area from our beloved south Louisiana, we knew it would be a huge change for our family of five. We were not a corporate relocation. Just an average family that needed to be closer to the bulk of our business. Sandy treated us as if we were the most important client she had ever dealt with. I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude to you for everything you did for me during my job relocation from Indiana to Houston.

Moving a family is a huge endeavor, especially when the move is cross-country and into an unfamiliar area. Securing a new home, in a timely manner, was my main objective from the first day I arrived in Houston. With my wife 1200 miles away, I had to totally rely on you.
